What you will be doing:

Posting jobs for caregivers.

Reviewing applicants and building a rapport with them.

Prescreening and deciding who makes it to the next level - a live interview!

Digging in and performing background screenings and reference checks.

Preparing for the live interview process including drug screens.

Getting ready for the big day - Orientation!

Continued regular background checks on current employees.

Helping prepare for an in-service day.

Carrying the on call phone for after hours, rotating weekends and holidays.
