**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and performance management, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training experiences for our employees.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our organizational goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to assess employee training outcomes.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and track the progress of multiple training programs, ensuring timely completion and meeting performance goals.
- Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales training programs and materials.
- Create technical writing documents, such as instructional guides, to support training programs.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in training development and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency in technical writing and the ability to create clear and concise instructional materials.
- Experience with program management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with mentoring and coaching, with the ability to build relationships with employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
