At Keating Resources, the Construction Director is responsible for leading the overall management and direction of the construction project(s). This person will be responsible to lead the project team, as well as establish project objectives, facilitate communication and keep all stakeholders on task and informed. The Project Manager will actively engage, contribute and be responsible for the safety, quality, schedule and financial success of one major project or multiple projects in multiple locations. Regular interaction will occur with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and owners. The Project Manager will be a champion to the mission, vision, and values of Keating Resources and will strive to represent the team to the best of their ability in a positive light.
Pay:
Salary: $110,000-$130,000
Incentives: $20,000-$50,000

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Detailed support and follow up for and on behalf of the Executive Team of Keating Resources and other team members as required
- Integrate and work with the Business Development and Preconstruction teams to help promote and sell the services and products of Keating Resources
- Working with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality
- Participate in community events that help distinguish Keating Resources as an active and giving member of the communities we serve
- Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances and recommend strategies to lower project costs; review labor quantities and phases to facilitate accurate project tracking
- Preconstruction Services Development, effectively integrate and participate in helping manage and facilitate the preconstruction process on the projects the position is to manage
- Create, maintain and monitor all project schedules utilizing P6
- Solicit, and help facilitate the estimating and bidding of projects as directed by leadership
- Guide teams on multiple projects in semi- rural environment
- Nurture client relations
- Show Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Show strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Contribute to the training and development of team members
- Manage multiple projects concurrently ranging from $1 to $20 million

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years commercial construction project management experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or similar discipline (preferred)
- Have OSHA 30 certification or complete within 60 days of employment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Work, Excel and Outlook), and experience with Primavera P6, ProEst, and Procore (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Other Requirements:
- Day and overnight travel may be required
- Ability to visit and traverse job sites on uneven terrain
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and random employee pool drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license
