Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and friendly service to guests
- Train and supervise team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant industry preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary or food service management certification is a plus
