Responsibilities:
As Front Desk Agent is responsible for overseeing front desk duties at a hotel or another hospitality establishment during the night shift. Their duties include helping guests check in or check out, reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift to ensure guests provided payment for their stay or any additional requests and acting as a point of communication for customer needs
- Greeting guests: Being friendly and welcoming
- Registering guests: Checking guests in and out, assigning rooms, and distributing room keys
- Verifying reservations: Taking reservations in person, online, or by phone
- Providing information: Answering questions about rooms, rates, amenities, and special requests
- Helping guests: Making recommendations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and storing luggage
- Handling complaints: Mitigating customer complaints as needed
- Running reports: Keeping accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, and identifying special requests
- Coordinating with housekeeping: Ensuring rooms are ready for new guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.29 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
