Product Support Representative
Super Bright LEDs, a leading provider of cutting-edge LED lighting solutions, committed to delivering energy-efficient and sustainable lighting solutions is currently seeking a Product Support Representative. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with our range of LED lighting products. This candidate will also have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position on-site in Earth City, MO. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our LED lighting product line to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements to effectively address customer queries.
- Provide prompt and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to LED lighting products.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and escalating complex cases to the technical team when necessary.
- Create and update product support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background, preferably in LED lighting or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
