Communicate and coordinate with field, office, and clients to dispatch crews and schedule work orders.
· Take orders from customers in order to schedule and dispatch work crews for normal service or emergency repairs.
· Duties include utilizing phone and email to take orders, schedule, dispatch work crews, and provide excellent customer service.
· Respond positively and resourcefully to customers’ complaints or requests throughout the day.
· Enter orders directly into online order management system.
· Communicate with customers, vendors, work crews, and office staff on a daily basis to coordinate and maintain work schedule and ensure no details are missed.
· Close out requests for the day, give out schedule, ensure no details were missed and the following day is set.
· Provide field support as need to follow up with clients and contractors.
· Must speak Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
