```Duties```
-Manage and run projects on the jobsite, manage and schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
-Review and maintain Contract Documents and as-built, as built on site.
-Understanding and familiarity of how all the trades on a project interact to bring in the project in schedule and within the budget.
-Interact with the Owner/ the Contracting Officer and other government personnel
-Schedule Deliveries
-Manage SanDow labor that is working on site.
-Make sure that quality Control on all aspects of the project is maintained
-Prosecute the work and build the project in the safest manner possible
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as similar role in the construction industry minimum of 10 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA, NEC, USACE) and compliance management
- Familiarity with construction field management software for tracking safety data and incidents
- Professional certifications such as Construction Quality Management (CQM), OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 certification are preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
