Laurelhurst House, a locally owned and operated assisted living provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who has some background knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of working in an assisted living community.

License & Essential Functions:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A great heart and compassion for seniors
- Assist with pre-move-in and current resident assessments
- Establish a medication & treatment administration program
- Maintain delegation records
- Assist with periodic & interim service plan re-assessments
- Delegate and/or assign routine (non)complex nursing tasks
- Caregiver and nursing related practices education with department staff
Qualifications
- Oregon RN License in good standing
- Senior Housing Experience Preferred but not required
- Desire to put residents first
- Organized and effective in keeping track of multiple deadlines
- Good judgement and professional maturity
- Ability to lead in industry of constant change
- Strong computer skills preferred but not required
- Successful employee management experience
