Manage the project deliverables notably by:
- Using project management methodology and best practices to identify project scope, define project plan, and workload, follow up and report regularly to project stakeholders and use project methodology for the type of project managed (scoping, documentation, time tracking,…).
- Preparing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations.
- Scheduling project meeting (such as Operating Committees, follow-up meetings and workshops) including preparation of the presentation and minutes.
- Following takeaways with relevant owners and contributors.
- Manage the project deliverables and responsible for working with SMEs to design target operating models and business requirements.
Coordinate and follow the IT developments related to the different deliverables.
- Work with SMEs to build comprehensive test case scenarios and test the built functionality in order to approve release to production and Change Management with users (Training, SOPs,…).
- Project management and organization skills.
- Independent worker who does not require micro-management.
- Experience with documenting workflows, process diagrams.
- Strong communication skills to enable efficient extraction of relevant information from SMEs and ability to challenge existing inefficiencies.
- Problem solving skills to have a structured approach to solving problems to achieve a positive result.
- Communication and organization skills to convey messages to management and other teams, ability to multitask and prioritizing tasks.
