Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a motivated, energetic Sales Representative to join our family. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll guide them through our services with enthusiasm and expertise, helping them choose the perfect moving solution. Your goal? To boost sales while upholding our sterling reputation for service excellence, integrity, and family values.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in person, matching our high energy with your understanding of their moving needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Provide enthusiastic and detailed estimates, showcasing the benefits of choosing Graceful Moves with energy and conviction.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and embodying our family-oriented approach to service.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your high energy and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
- Entering job info into CRM software
- Accept payments via phone
- Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
- Contacting customers about new sales and special events
- Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development
Requirements:
- Proven sales or customer service experience, with a knack for communicating energetically and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
- A genuine team player who brings positivity and high energy to the table, with a strong sense of family and community.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
with 1-hour break
