We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for automotive services to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the automotive glass industry.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
Skills:
- Attention to detail in handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Familiarity with auto estimating and auto glass services
- Understanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly
