We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our current members as well as prospects seeking to join our Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, providing gym tours, and providing information about HHC memberships and services. The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping individuals, is a team player, good with problem solving, and can communicate all of our services and rates with members and guests. It's a laid back, fun environment, but we do take our roles and responsibilities serious.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.
- Provide accurate membership rates and service information.
- Answer questions about the Helena Health Club and its services.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Assist with new membership sign-up process.
- Handle appointment bookings, membership questions, and billing.
- Process payments and update billing information.
- Keep records of guest information.
- Communicate information to other team members.
- Engage with members and guests.
- Take prospective members on tours of the facility.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Daily cleaning.
Other:
- Customer service background preferred.
- A passion for fitness and health and knowledge on how to use equipment at the basic level would be advantageous.
- Basic computer proficiency skills.
- MUST be reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Regular exposure to various cleaning products and contained chemicals.
- Flexible in roles and responsibilities
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
