We are seeking experienced logistics sales professionals to leverage their existing relationships and foster new ones with shippers to help grow our brokerage business.
Here’s what we want from you:
- Prospect, research and generate new sales opportunities
- Engage customers and deliver value propositions that meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Be organized and utilize our CRM to document sales calls and manage your pipeline and daily activities
- Work with internal operations/functional teams to create solutions based on customer needs
- Respond to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for RFP’s/RFQ
- Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and resolve any issues as needed
- Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years minimum sales or account management experience in transportation sales
- Experience with domestic Truckload and less-than-truckload services
- Proven track record of successful selling into and maintaining large complex accounts.
- Skilled in utilizing multifaceted sales techniques including phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and proposals to effectively close sales.
- Strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a customer's organization including C-Level.
- Ability to collaborate internally with all levels of sales resources and other team resources
- Aggressive, competitive, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic
- Organizational skills and comfort multitasking in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work remotely and travel by all modes of transportation, up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work over 40 hours per week as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,555.00 - $90,832.00 per year
