Facilitate a comprehensive consultative process to understand client-specific challenges and objectives, developing tailored retail strategies that optimize using Simbe’s technology.

Provide strategic advisory services to senior client executives, focusing on integrating Simbe’s technology within their existing operational frameworks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop change management programs that support the adoption of technology, streamline operational changes, and enhance employee engagement.

Lead Joint Business Planning sessions with key clients to create strategic roadmaps that enhance technology adoption and operational integration.

Drive the prioritization of use cases and the development of capability roadmaps that are aligned with clients' long-term strategic goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; masters preferred.

10 years’ experience in strategic consulting, retail technology, or a leadership role within the retail sector, with a proven track record in retail or consumer goods sectors.
