Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.
Duties:
- Prepare and Process Invoices
- Copying and Filing
- Assist in financial report preparation
- Maintain organization within the office
- Support the accounting team with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
Skills:
- Proficiency in phone systems
- Construction Knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of office management practices
