Seeking individual with experience with in ca call center environment answering consecutive calls. The calls range from appointment scheduling to handling messages to medical providers. Average daily call volume is 100 calls per agent. Team focused department with aligned goals of successful patient experience. Optional experience would be medical receptionist.
