Summary: EZ Loader Boat Trailers’Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's trailers in order to drive sales. They will serve as the point of contact between EZ Loader and our clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our trailer products and services. This position will be responsible for all customer service / sales related activities which include product delivery, trailer fits, resolving warranty issues & complaints. Other areas of responsibility will be to monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to carry out essential job functions, included but not limited to:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Maximize sales through innovative marketing plans in a competitive business
- Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
- Provide safe and reliable transport and delivery of trailers and parts to customers.
- Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
- Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.
- Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree or greater preferred. Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations. Proficiency in computers is required, particularly in Microsoft Office-based programs
Compensation:
Starts at $21.00 plus commission
