Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and promote oral health. This position has several pay components:
- Guaranteed base that never drops off
- 30% of production

Duties:
- Perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Perform routine dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings and dental x-rays
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
- Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures
- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and associated costs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient visits, treatments, and progress
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proven experience as a Dentist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using dental software systems such as OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
