Customer Care Specialist – Scheduling
The Fuse Network has an excellent full-time opportunity in our Customer Services Department. If you enjoy a fast-paced and growing environment, we need to talk. Our organization is a non-profit that provides life-changing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and other barriers. We provide services to the Coshocton, Licking, and Muskingum County areas.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure that the individuals we support get to work on time and that their requested services are met. Our team members are friendly, outgoing, and mission-driven.
Job Duties
· Communicating with our individuals, families, and others via the phone, text, and email
· Enter service requests into our scheduling software
· Scheduling transportation and other services via our scheduling software
· Provide an excellent customer experience to our staff and our individuals served

Requirements for employment
· High School Diploma
· Ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screen
· Drivers license with active insurance
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
