The Senior Logistic Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products through the logistics process. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, managing relationships with external partners, and analyzing logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Collaborate with internal departments and 3PL to coordinate logistics operations.

Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

Communicate effectively with suppliers, 3PL, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.

Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Implement and enforce logistics policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Continuously review and enhance internal logistics processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Provide support and guidance to logistics coordinators and other team members.

Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in logistics operations, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
