Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Utilize computer literacy skills to work with various software programs
- Act as a personal assistant to management by handling correspondence and scheduling appointments
- Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from clients and staff
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial but not required
