Duties:
- Assist Manager to manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the residential properties
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Manage administrative tasks such as lease agreements, rent collection and ensure accurate record keeping of these funds
- Utilize web-based property management platform (Appfolio) to streamline and automate the day-to-day operations of the property
- Ensure compliance with all HUD, Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Show and lease apartments; Process applications and move in and move out documents
- Achieve and maintain designated occupancy goals and objectives
- Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the company and federal or state agencies
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses and income
Requirements:
- Experience in HUD/Tax Credits (preferred)
- Proven experience in property management or a related field (1+ year)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Customer relationship management skills to handle tenant inquiries and concerns
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
