JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Wolf Customer Service Representatives are called Customer Care Representatives and help fuel our growth by providing a great customer experience…Wolf dealers are big fans of our Customer Care Representatives
- Wolf Customer Care Representatives provide an outstanding customer experience and are an important part of our team
- Understanding the Home and Building Products industry is not required. A desire to continually learn and grow is required. Our Customer Care Representatives are passionate about customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment……Prioritize incoming workflow…..80-100 calls per day

- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Call Center Experience is strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Read, Speak and Write English
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel…..High Volume Data entry as well as Keyboard navigation and accuracy
