Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads, meet with potential clients, and close sales deals.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Specialize in technical sales by understanding and promoting the features of our products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Focus on technology sales to promote innovative solutions to clients.
- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of technical sales principles to effectively communicate product specifications.
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Prior experience in technology sales or account management is preferred.
