Production Management Experience: No experience in the concrete industry is required, experience in management and/or a college degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Arriving at 6:45 am to our office Monday through Friday
- Overseeing proper, safe, and efficient material load up of our 10+ production crews in the morning
- Drive to and monitor projects for the day to ensure installers are following our install procedure. Meet with customers during installs at the projects to ensure they are happy with the installation
- Work on installations or complete service routes in emergency situations
- Re-assign crews in the case of call offs
- Interview candidates
- Train new Installation team members in a classroom environment
- Use Teams to properly communicate with the staff throughout the day
- Answer questions/manage issues from crew members during the day.
- Help plan and lead installation team meetings
Requirements
- Ability to be on time and at work by 6:45 AM every morning
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs
- Willingness to be out in extremely cold and extremely hot conditions
- Willingness to operate heavy machinery
- Strong computer abilities
- Previous management experience
- Problem solving abilities
- Willingness to manage and lead a team of 18-24 installation and production related employees
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientated
- Willingness to listen and work with others
- Professional appearance and personality
- Valid driver's license

Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to use computer software (proficient computer literacy)
- Attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential.
Education, Training and Experience
- College degree, or 12-24 months equivalent training or experience in production supervision
