As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Amery Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg unit, you will perform clerical duties (i.e. customer reception, recording and charting of relevant healthcare information, either in written or electronic form, etc.) to ensure good patient outcomes and satisfaction. As a CNA/HUC, you are also responsible for answering patients’ call lights, promptly alerting staff to address the patients’ needs and assisting staff nurses with providing appropriate interventions of care to meet the patients’ needs.
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts from 5:30pm-6am with every 3rd weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completed a certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program
- Current Wisconsin (WI) CNA license
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer 2 years relevant experience but will train.
- Demonstrates strong keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.
- Experience with EPIC EMR System.
