Job Title: Project Manager
Role Description:
Refino Services is seeking a full-time Project Manager for Multi-Family construction to oversee a diverse range of projects from conception to completion. It is imperative that the Project Manager works in collaboration with our team to develop comprehensive bids and budgets, engage in contract negotiations, secure necessary subcontractors, and oversee the scheduling and execution of the project. This role is central to our mission, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and supervise construction projects alongside clients, engineers, and architects.
· Provide estimates, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to schedules.
· Select and delegate tasks to subcontractors and vendors.
· Uphold the highest standards in quality control, health, and safety.
· Develop strategic partnerships and manage requests for proposals.
· Manage timely communication with clients and team members.
We Require:
· A minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management and Estimating.
· Profound knowledge of construction, materials, and project management principles.
· Proficiency in MS 365/Office Suite and familiarity with project management technologies.
· Experience working with Procore and Bluebeam software.
· A proactive self-starter who excels in collaborative environments.
· Innate leadership skills to drive initiatives forward.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Analytical, strategic thinking with problem-solving aptitude.
· A collaborative spirit with a focus on client retention and relationship building.
· Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred.
