The Coordinator 2 - Training position is on-site (no remote or hybrid available)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement training materials.
- Develop training schedules based on the evaluation of the need for new staff and/or subcontractor personnel.
- Facilitate and deliver training on an initial and ongoing basis.
- Ensure that program staff are provided with updated knowledge of program requirements
- Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- W2 knowledge
- Training background
