Job Summary:
As we grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction to new heights. They will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the existing team, as well as hiring and growing the team in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance service skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet sales targets and other objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training development preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
