SUMMARY: To ensure that guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware and glassware. To provide the cooks, curators, bartenders with support and assistance. To keep all areas clean, dry and safe for other workers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate all kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, glassware, etc. by hand when necessary.
- Restock all supplies.
- Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
- Stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
- Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely.
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
· One to three months related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKLLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, menus, and customer requests.
- Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add and subtract double digit numbers.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.75 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
