Description: ATSER has a new and exciting opportunity at our Houston, TX location! We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to showcase their skills.

What You’ll Do:
· Technical oversight of geotechnical engineering.
· Manage all aspects of geotechnical engineering projects including:
· Prepare proposals
· Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)
· Budgets for various projects
· Senior Geotechnical Engineer will attend project meetings and represent ATSER in a positive manner.
· Coordinate field activities including preparing invoices, updating internal financial reports (Pulse) and submitting and executing purchase requisitions.
· Ensure that projects are adequately staffed, personnel are properly trained, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Mentor and train laboratory technicians.
· Provides excellent customer service to owners, internal and external customers.
· Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures to reduce or eliminate accidents.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Senior Geotechnical Engineer Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters Preferred)
· Must have a Registered Professional Engineering License in Texas
· Minimum 4 years of geotechnical engineering experience or Engineer in Training
· Knowledge of geotechnical analysis programs
· Computer skills in Microsoft Office products, etc.
· CAD experience
