Review, format, and make corrections in Word, Adobe PDF or Excel to produce a quality report for clients. Utilize report formatting procedures and client protocols to ensure accurate text formatting, graphics, naming conventions, addressing in US and other countries and excel spreadsheets in all reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.
- Reviews report to match production instructions, special client requirements and to correct the text formatting, graphics, spreadsheets, resizing of documents and other files appropriate for the draft or final report.
- Demonstrates knowledge in Quire, Narratives, Database Utilities, Vision, Pro-Track and multiple delivery methods after completion of training.
- Communicates with Training for any help on reports, formatting, etc., and seeks help for re-training when necessary.
- Sends email to the Senior Consultant, Technical Report Reviewer, Program Manager and Client Delivery (CD Alert) with discrepancies in the report or attachments, such as addressing in report versus the production instructions, items missing from the project folder, or discrepancies in the method of delivery to the client.
- Performs self-checks according to quality control protocol on every report to ensure accuracy prior to sending report to the client or to Quality Control for review.
- Completes reports in accordance with Client Delivery Department productivity requirements to ensure delivery to client according to the client due date.
- On a daily basis, responsible for accomplishing the prioritization of reports according to due date, Rush or On Time On Us reports, and organizes workspace for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.
- Demonstrates BV’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
- Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of BV's quality standards and strategic initiatives.
- Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required with some college preferred, and minimum of two years of administrative type experience.

Technology Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
