Customer Service
We are looking for a customer service representative with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer service representative, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.
Customer Service representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Enter customer orders in to a Mac system.
Customer Service representative Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years’ of experience in customer service
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Previous experience in an office or call center
