Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood development, with experience in creating engaging and educational environments for young learners.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children's individual needs
- Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading, and language development activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development
- Collaborate with staff to create and implement curriculum that promotes learning and socialization
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of preschool education practices and methodologies
