Seeking friendly and outgoing person for a long term, full-time customer service position
Assist in sales, customer service and operation departments.
Process incoming orders documentation, update customers files.
Answer phones, place orders for customers, act as receptionist, and fulfill walk-in requests on a daily basis. Maintain and update inventory records.
Employee will assist in other duties as assigned in and outside the office.
Employee must have:
Excellent telephone etiquette and oral and written communication skills
Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Attentiveness, professional appearance, initiative, loyalty, positive attitude and dependability
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ability to operate standard office equipment and type at 30 w/per min. Must have knowledge of sales techniques.
Must be able to pass background check.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
