Overview: As a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and developing talent to drive organizational growth and success. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, as well as implementing programs to support the professional development and retention of employees. By leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies and talent development, you will contribute to building a high-performing and engaged workforce aligned with the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.

Source candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and other channels to build a pipeline of talent.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from hiring managers.

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Onboarding and Orientation:

Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources and information to new employees.

Develop onboarding materials, including training manuals, welcome kits, and orientation schedules.
Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.

Develop learning library of skills-based and competency-based training options.

Collaborate with departmental managers to create and deliver training programs tailored to specific roles and objectives.

Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Talent Retention and Engagement:

Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention, such as career development programs, mentorship opportunities, and recognition programs.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and development process.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment, training, and development activities.

Generate reports and analytics to track key metrics and trends related to talent acquisition and development.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition or human resources

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HRIS applications.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
