Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
This is a commission eligible role.
About This Job
The FVP, Managing Director (MD) of Business Development is responsible for identifying new opportunities with existing clients and developing new business, building new fiduciary client relationships, and managing a team of individual business development professionals. The MD will also assist the Head Global of Fiduciary Banking & Services with sales reporting, goal setting, and metrics tracking for the business unit.
Responsibilities:

Designs and implements effective sales strategies for the AFS/GFB business unit

Generates sales reports and forecasts

Monitors sales performance for team

Analyzes market trends and behaviors nationally

Leads sales team nationwide
-
Will be a player/coach who will maintain individual sales goals while managing a growing team of individual deposit sales contributors
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and/or Fintech sales management positions

Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software including Salesforce

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities

Ideally, candidate will possess working knowledge of banking operations and deposit sales
- Fiduciary deposit banking knowledge a PLUS

Able to travel up to 50%
