SUMMARY
The Program Manager works at the direction of the clinical and executive director to ensure the integrity of the clinical program at Sana. The program manager oversees all aspects of management of the direct care staff. The program manager assumes responsibility for the implementation of treatment goals and behavior plans developed by the clinical team.
REPORTS TO Clinical Director
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Works closely with the Clinical Director on all pertinent information related to clinical operations and the clinical environment that may impact the organization.
- Provides management and direct supervision to Direct Care Specialists and Lead Direct Care Specialists.
- Supports facility schedule and the Lead Direct Care Specialists in overseeing scheduling for Direct Care Specialists.
- Supports Lead Direct Care Specialists in managing, recruiting, and maintaining Direct Care Specialists.
- Performs evaluations and disciplinary actions for Direct Care Specialists and Lead Direct Care Specialists.
- Leads weekly Direct Care Specialist meetings.
- Manages timecards for Lead Direct Care Specialists and Direct Care Specialists.
- Supports Joint Commission compliance and requirements within the facility.
- Manages and provides direction to ensure the facility’s day-to-day operational needs are met.
- Orients supervisees to company policies, treatment protocols, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements in a manner that ensures they fully understand all content and conduct duties within the written guidelines of the behavioral, ethical, and conduct codes of the organization.
- Completes tasks with attention to detail, meets established deadlines, and functions with minimal direct supervision, demonstrating the ability to organize and prioritize required and assigned job duties.
- Respects the confidentiality of all communications required within job duties, including client/employee records and documents, and electronic transmission by voice, data, and wire.
- Willingness to participate in requirements as outlined by TJC and can self-supervise, when necessary, as per TJC requirements.
- Serves as an advocate for all patients in receiving services within the organization and outside the organization, by supporting the rights of patients and communicating information, to all involved parties, in a manner that reflects Sana’s core mission, vision, and values.
- Directs the implementation of programmatic policies, procedures, and programming in a manner resulting in seamless services and minimal disruption to patient care.
- Measures staff productivity and adjusts to increase the utilization of care.
Manages client access and use of technology.
Addresses client concerns and facilitates conflict resolution in conjunction with the clinical team.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
· One or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment setting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
