Customer Service Manager
1. Oversee daily operation of customer service and technical service department including the supervision of 2-4 current Customer Service Reps
2. Oversee operation and flow of the customer service call center.
3. Problem resolution thru issue escalation
4. Maintain policy and procedural manual for both customer and technical service.
5. Create and manage product warranties for all product.
6. Manage all documentation and reporting.
7. Oversee all field corrections through full phase implementation and documentation.
8. Oversee spare parts sales.
9. Create and manage part catalog for all products'
10. Hubspot data system experience a plus but not necessary
