Automotive Services Manager - Approved Auto Repair

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develops project plans, acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members, contractors, or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Responsible for establishing relationships with AAA vendors in order to broaden the awareness of the approved auto repair program.
- Responsible for researching and developing new sources of revenue and increased service levels as it pertains to the approved auto repair program.
- Responsible for developing effective working relationships between facilities or providers, District Automotive Managers, and the company; establishes trust, respect, and cooperation with facility owners, managers, and staff. Continuously highlights value of partnership to maintain rapport.
- Visits assigned facilities regularly.
- Advises facilities regarding opportunities for improved service and follows through until the desired result occurs; keeps facility owners abreast of customer satisfaction responses; informs External Field Operations management of areas of concern. Establishes benchmarks for customer satisfaction.
- Point of contact and driver of effectiveness with network vendors and providers relationships.
- Ensure facilities and vendors achieve and maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index score and/or Club and National quality standards in compliance with AAA National Standards. Liaison with AAA National to stay abreast of new technology, environmental issues, and potential disruptions within industry.
- Responsible for creating annual budget goals and profit margin for the Club, driving activities to make sure those numbers are met. Adheres to budget throughout the year.
- Oversee record keeping, visit logs and compliance data. Develops and maintain reports to quantify effectiveness of program.
- Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.
- Incorporates AAA’s vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA’s vision mission and values.
AAR FOCUS:
- Responsible for implementing and updating the AAA repair shop portal.
- Processes applications from potential contract garages; interviews owners and performs on-site inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring AAA operating standard and contract compliance.
- Relies heavily on automotive technical knowledge to perform essential duties/responsibilities
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in automotive services or repair industry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or account management role
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid state driver’s license

SALARY RANGE:
Annualized target hiring salary range for the position is $86,300 - $105,747 and offer rate is based on experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Hybrid work from home and office required
- This role is assigned a company car, computer, phone, various virtual technologies
- Travel: Consistent Travel (>50%)
