As a cross-border business group, we also have a strong and complete supply chain system in Shanghai China, engaging in conducting logistics functions, developing products, and applying for patents, and a sophiscated operation team in Chongqing China for guaranteeing smooth sales.

Job Description:
AstroAI mainly engages in selling household appliances as well as automobile tools and instruments. We have branches in Chongqing, China, and Garden Grove, California.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for our Branch in Garden Grove. Communication with our China Branch is highly required for this position, therefore Chinese Skill is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with China Branch related to HR issues regularly, Chinese skills are preferred
- Plan and implement personnel strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee personnel processes and HR transactions such as onboarding, exits, performance management and employee engagement
- Partner with manager on talent management, including coaching and consultation, project evaluations, performance reviews, talent review meetings and upward feedback
- Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (performance, compensation, career goals, etc.)
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers in the resolution of employee relations issues, support investigations, and document information as needed
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of employment laws and trends
- Admin work and support to the manager and the warehouse as needed
- Handle employees’ Visa issues
Qualifications:
- Mandarin skill is a plus
- Professional of Human Resources Certification
- Requires comprehensive knowledge of core Human Resources competencies.
- Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues requiring the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
- Must be a good listener with above average reasoning ability.
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines utilizing strong administrative and data management skills.
- Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in relating field (required)
- Minimum 2-3 year of Human Resources experience is required
- Must have pay roll experience

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
