Coeus Consulting is looking for a talented escalation engineer to provide top notch support to our customers.
We are a growing small business start-up that offers Information Technology solutions to clients in the public and private sectors across Arizona and the Southwest.
You'll be providing on-site and off-site troubleshooting, systems administration, and project support for our customers, working in the frontlines to ensure that we’re providing high quality service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting service desk technicians with escalations
- Troubleshooting monitoring alerts and other system outages
- Project delivery for on-prem and cloud technologies
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, processes, and client interactions
- Assisting in administration of on-prem/cloud systems and network equipment
- Conduct assessments for customers and prospects
What Do We Need?
- Solid troubleshooting and critical thinking skills!
- A strong focus on customer service
- Time management skills and flexibility are crucial; you’ll need to be able to adapt on the fly
- Experience troubleshooting and deploying/migrating Microsoft cloud services including Exchange, Entra (Azure) AD, Purview, and Intune/MDM
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server and its bundled technologies
- Experience troubleshooting the Windows Operating System in a business environment
- Good understanding of security concepts and hardware/software
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Good understanding of PC, laptop, network, and server hardware
What Would We Appreciate?
It would be great if you have a familiarity with any of these:
- Previous experience working at an MSP
- Experience with Microsoft 365 server-less migrations (email, file shares to Sharepoint/Onedrive, AD to Azure AD, GPO to Intune)
- Experience with on-prem to 'cloud' server migrations
- Experience deploying and systems using Microsoft Autopilot
- Experience with scripting in Powershell
- Experience with backup and DR, especially using Veeam
- Troubleshooting experience with spam filtering solutions such as Barracuda
- Experience with Cisco Duo MFA
- Experience with remote connectivity applications including VPN and RDP
- Experience troubleshooting firewall issues with Meraki, Fortigate, or Cisco CLI products
- Experience troubleshooting switch & WiFI issues with Meraki, Aruba, or Cisco CLI Products
- Experience creating Visio diagrams for network/server documentation
- Experience working with compliance frameworks like HIPAA and NIST 800-171
- Working knowledge of Connectwise and Datto RMM

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
