Summary Description:
The Disney Lorcana TCG Project Manager holds an essential position in coordinating the product development process (PDP) for the Game Design and Development Team (GDM) for all identified deliverables across our premier trading card game, Disney Lorcana. This position is responsible for leading the PDP from the beginning of development to delivery of production samples. This position works with internal cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, communicate clear understanding of product requirements, and coordinate all internal ongoing proofing processes.The Disney Lorcana TCG Project Manager position plays a vital role within Ravensburger in ensuring that Disney Lorcana reaches its full potential as a global product and supports the growth of the Disney Lorcana community.
Hours + Salary Range: Full Time, contractor position ($38-45/hr, DOE)
Location: Hybrid position located in the Seattle, Washington (US) office with 3 days/week in-office minimum
Reporting: The Disney Lorcana TCG Project Manager reports to the Head of Project Management, Global Games

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Project Development and Execution for Disney Lorcana Product SKUs
o Complete set up of all projects and tasks in Wrike
o Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
· Team Coordination and Communication
o Design project management system in Wrike for GDM team; maintain and track daily going forward
o Manage PD team communications to ensure alignment, including PD meetings, Teams discussions, and Wrike usage
o Responsible for tracking all team due dates and calendar coordination, including playtesting support
o Report project status back to the DLC TCG Senior Project Manager, Core Line, flagging areas of concern
o Coordinate GDM Team handoffs with Worldbuilding Team
· Licensing and Product Development Support
o Provide information and reports as requested to Disney Lorcana Licensing team
o Support localization processes as required by DLC Localization Manager
· Additional Responsibilities
o Coordinate team needs outside PD team expertise

· Project Management Expertise: Proficient in all aspects of project management, including task ownership, goal-oriented planning, and adherence to schedules

· Product Development Experience: Solid background in product development with a focus on design, production, and manufacturing processes

Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):
· Required (comparable experience acceptable for requirements):
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Project Management focus, or related field.
- 3+ years games industry experience
- Comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365, including Teams and Office
- Comprehensive English fluency (written and oral)
· Preferred:
· Prior PD experience with Disney, with understanding of licensing submission process
- Broad understanding of and familiarity with the Disney universe
- Prior TCG experience (industry preferred, but serious collector and/or competitor acceptable)
- Understanding of graphic design processes and tools
- Experience with Sharepoint, Wrike, and Dropbox
