Essential duties:
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Prepare and process client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of client meetings and appointments.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Operations Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of client reports, financial plans, and presentations.
- Coordinate with financial advisors to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions.
- Monitor and manage client account activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
- Implement and maintain efficient office workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Client Services Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
- Assist clients with understanding and utilizing our financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
