STAND OUT PROJECT
I was involved on a project where Crescent Builds completed a house lift and significant remodel. We lifted the existing structure 12 feet into the air with steel beams, carefully removed the existing foundation, and installed a new foundation and main floor before lower the house back down. The operation involved large-scale equipment, moving tons of earth, and professional house-lifting trade contractors to lift the structure. We lowered the house to its new foundation smoothly, just in time, as one week later an earthquake hit the area!
