We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience with benefit and payroll practices. This position is a full-time position Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
-Assist with a variety of HR functions including benefits, recruitment, staffing, employee records, new hire orientation, and HRIS systems
-Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
-Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
-Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
-Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning and other tasks as assigned.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
-Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
-Proficient with HRIS systems
