```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, and chat
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent market knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Proven track record in sales or account management is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
