High Seas is currently hiring an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient data management processes within our dispensaries. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Pulling and maintaining accurate data from our POS system
- Utilize Excel to maintain, input and calculate data accurately and efficiently
- Inputting and maintaining accurate credit card statements including receipt audits and organization
- Perform regular invoice audits to ensure the integrity of the information
- Collaborating with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and be over 21 years of age
- Proficiency in 10-key typing
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
