Position Title: Client Support Specialist II
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Expected Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2
Estimated start date : 8/26/2024
Shift Timing : 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM

Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist II at Client , you will play a crucial role as the frontline support for our clients, focusing on solving their challenges related to benefits and talent solutions. You'll be responsible for issue resolution, answering inquiries, training client users on Client technology, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with 50 - 999 employees, addressing their queries via phone, email, and chat channels. Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, taking a broad perspective to identify root causes and provide sustainable solutions. Proactively seek answers and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
Product Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in Client benefits and talent solutions to educate clients on product features and best practices. Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product enhancement and training recommendations.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by exceeding their expectations in every interaction. Uphold Client core values, especially integrity, in all client engagements.
Organizational Skills: Manage a structured day within a metrics-driven call center environment, ensuring adherence to schedules and handling a high volume of inbound calls efficiently. Flexibility during peak seasons may require increased availability.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
